The team at Midstate Graphics specializes in printing state-of-the-art control panels and graphic overlays in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing digital printing and cutting technology, we are able to offer a level of customization that allows our customers complete control over the design and style of the control panel. As a full-service printing company with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, we have the expertise and equipment required to handle printing projects of nearly any size from a single prototype to hundreds of sequenced panels.

Our control panels are designed to be extremely functional and attractive. We offer our customers a variety of different inks and materials to choose from and our digital printing capabilities allows us to offer photorealistic imagery on our control panels when warranted. If our customers have a plan or blueprint for their panel, we can produce an overlay within +/- 0.5mm, but we also have an in-house design team on hand if the customer needs assistance designing the panels that will best meet their needs.

Some of the materials we have available include:

• Adhesives – We offer 3M adhesives in a variety of different strengths depending on the customer’s requirements.
• Polycarbonate – Our GE Lexan brand polycarbonates are extremely durable and perfect for outdoor applications.
• Polyester- This material is flexible and durable, and great for indoor or outdoor applications.
• Polyblend – A unique combination of polycarbonate and polyester, polyblend is the best of both worlds.

Additionally, digital printing allows us to print in numerical order. This is particularly helpful for organizational purposes and is a service that can’t be easily recreated with other printing methods. Furthermore, digital cutting ensures consistency in our control panels, regardless of the shape or cutouts of the overlay.
